This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Time

Since we operate on a dropshipping model, delivery time may vary depending on supplier location and courier service.

Typical delivery timeline:
✔ 5–7 working days (PAN India)

In rare cases, delivery may take 15 days due to logistics delays, weather conditions, festival seasons, or remote locations.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout, before payment.

  • Some products may offer Free Shipping depending on promotions or supplier offers.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, we provide a tracking ID and courier details via email or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the courier website.


5. Incorrect / Incomplete Address

  • If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, the order may get delayed or returned.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

  • Jalore Ecom Store is not responsible for delays caused by wrong address details.


6. Courier Delays

We use reliable courier partners. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier company issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural events

  • National holidays

  • Strikes or operational challenges

These situations are beyond our control.


7. Order Not Delivered / Customer Unavailable

If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address:

  • Courier may attempt 2–3 re-deliveries.

  • If the order returns to the supplier, reshipping fees may apply.

  • No refund will be issued for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.


8. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report it within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Share unboxing video + clear images as proof.

  • We will assist as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We ship only within India.
